Progresso Recipe Starters Review & Giveaway

I am a member of My Blog Spark and this is my very first time getting to work with them! My Blog Spark sent me this awesome package containing 2 Progresso Recipe Starters, a set of measuring cups, a stove top spoon dish, a Progresso Mixing spoon and a $10 gift card to buy the meat with!! I love this package! And one lucky Raining Free Reader will have the chance to win one as well!!!

I picked the Crispy Garlic-Parmesan Chicken. This is some thing I have never made before and it sounded amazing! It came out super delicious!

Here is what you need

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 

 1/4 cup butter, melted

1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy Parmesan basil cooking sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

2/3 cup Progresso® Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs

2/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan or Asiago cheese

Hot cooked pasta or mashed potatoes, if desired 

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Between pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper, place each chicken breast smooth side down; gently pound with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

 In shallow dish, mix butter, 3 tablespoons of the cooking sauce and the garlic powder. In another shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then dip into bread crumb mixture to coat. Place on cookie sheet.

Step 3

 Bake 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165°F) and coating is golden brown. Meanwhile, heat remaining sauce until hot. Serve chicken with pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with additional cheese and basil.

This meal took only about 30 min to make! Yep, that's it! The kids and the Hubby loved it!

 I got my Split2fit packs in the mail and they didn't last very long! The package just so happened to come when my teenage daughter and her friends were getting home from school, but thats ok cause I got to share it with them. Well, is there a better way to share then with teenagers!

I kept one of each flavor for my self and a few friends and I had my daughter share the rest with her friends. I think that Teenage girls buy the most gum, right? 

That left me with 6 packs to share. Each pack has 2 sides. You can split them and re stick them or split and share. I split one up and put 1/2 in my purse and the other 1/2 on top of the fridge!! My favorite flavor was the Spearmint. I think the Arctic Chill was a little to strong for my taste, almost like chewing on a tube of toothpaste! lol! But I know that some people like the power of gum and I would probably still chew the Arctic Chill if I was going to a meeting and had just had a burrito with extra onion for lunch!

I love the split2fit packs! They are very handy and this is a great way to share with a friends or put in more than one purse that way you are never with out!

I'm a member of BzzAgent and was recently sent some Free item coupons for the UNREAL™ Candy!

This is one of the best snacks I have bought for my kids and will continue to buy!

I used the coupon for 1 free UNREAL candy and I used all the b1g1 free coupons so I could share them with my friends and family!

I would have to say that my favorite was the Candy Chocolate Shell Peanuts! YUM!

Glade Expressions Fragrant Discovery (BzzAgent)

 

 I'm a member of BzzAgent and was recently sent some Free item coupons for the new Glade Expressions^® Collection! I am so excited to share this with you! 

I was sent a coupon good for a free Glade Oil Diffuser kit and a coupon good for a free Glade Expressions Fragrance Mist! I was also given a coupon book filled with coupons good for $4 off the Oil and $2 off the Fragrance Mist! I got both of the free items and used a bunch of the $ off coupons to share with family and friends. 

  I picked the Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice for the living room and the Pineapple & Mangosteen for the bathroom.

I put the Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice Oil Diffuser kit on the bookshelf and the Fragrance Mist on the key holder next to the front door!

Its hard to see due to the picture being so small, but the Oil Diffuser is on the very top of the shelf.
